What kinds of worms infect pets?

Worms are everywhere and there isn't just one type of worm that can infect your pet. They often live inside the intestine so the first test we recommend is typically a stool sample to examine for worms or eggs. Some of the most common worms that infect pets include:

How do I know if my pet needs deworming?

The most tell-tale way to know is if you see worms in the stool. However, there are other symptoms that can also indicate the presence of worms:

• Diarrhea and vomiting
• Lethargy
• Dehydration
• Weight loss
• Bloated belly
• Dry, rough coat
